In May 2022, UEP MA/MS 1st year students completed 13 Field Projects with nonprofit, community, and governmental partners. This required course puts teams of 5-6 students to work on real-world projects for the entire spring semester. Final project reports are accessible at the UEP Field Projects web page.
This year’s projects featured a diverse range of themes, including community participation, environmental justice, sustainability, climate resiliency, transportation, food justice, affordable housing, and participatory budgeting. Project partners included three cities and towns, three state agencies, five nonprofit groups, and two community-based organizations. Check out this year’s projects below:
